I burn deeply for truth. The version of truth which is raw, and therefore neither pleasant nor safe at first. The version which often scares us to death, so we unconsciously run in circles within our inner patterns, in order to avoid the deeper truth.
Life has taught me something very simple, which, however, requires great courage to live out! ... that truth ALWAYS dissolves stagnant and hidden energy in body, mind, spirit, and relationships. Truth heals everything!
Truth sets you free to LIVE in higher consciousness, rather than simply SURVIVE in lower consciousness. Through truth's raw trials, life teaches you to use your free will to both choose, but also to take responsibility for creating the life that, from the highest perspective, you are meant to live in peace, freedom and love here on our beautiful Mother Earth – Gaia.
In my eyes, it's one of life's beautiful paradoxes… We are born into unconscious ’entanglement’ here in Earth's school through karma, trauma, and misleading learning. When the time is ripe, we are called to awakening, healing, and personal ’development’.
Perhaps the whole point of life here on Earth is to first wind ourselves into the darkness, so that we can learn to wind ourselves out into the light. Just like every creation and birth… first into darkness and then out into the light… The spiral path… Metamorphosis… Life force… Divine creation!

Shamanic Breathwork is one of the most powerful natural tools for healing and awakening that I have dedicated my path to. I am now at the forefront of becoming the forthcoming new Satellite for Venus Rising in the Nordic region, after many years of deep ceremonies, inner journeys and training programmes.
Going forward, I and the Danish team will continue to facilitate a few ceremonies, but now also the life-changing popular process SHIP – Shamanic Healing Initiatory Process, in Denmark.
Just as diamonds are formed under immense pressure, we too only begin to shine once we have truly integrated our own inner darkness… A flourishing crown requires deep roots!
The powerful movement of Inner Truth has primarily spread like ripples in water to so many people, because of my open-hearted willingness to share rawly and honestly about myself and my own difficult trials in life.
