Join us on the little island of Samsø in Denmark for a transformational journey through the ceremony of Shamanic Breathwork - a powerful healing process that inspires individuals to reconnect with their own inner healer. It’s a journey taken by connecting the breath, chakra-attuned music, focused bodywork, art, and group sharing to leave you empowered with the magic of who you truly are. Through Shamanic Breathwork, old wounds and dysfunctional patterns are released and transformed, bringing wholeness and healing back into your life, your loved ones, and the world around you.
This 6 week immersion will take you through the Shamanic Healing Initiatory Process (SHIP). The program is a series of five transformative initiations based on the 5 Elements. This highly experiential process taps into your inner self, releasing blocks to higher love and wisdom. As you re-integrate through embodiment of the 5 Elements, you will be set free to stand in the truth of your authentic being and walk a path with heart. You will journey beyond the limitations of ego identity and shape-shift into your sacred soul purpose.
In this Shamanic Breathwork Immersion, you will:

You will have the best possible facilitators to ensure a safe and meaningful journey. Join Master Practitioner Freyiia Milléh teaching her first SHIP as a new Venus Rising Satellite initiate in Scandinavia, and Master Level Shamanic Breathwork Facilitator Levi Banner flying in to represent the Venus Rising Association for Transformation, the home of Shamanic Breathwork. Levi will support Freyiia in her birthing of the Danish Satellite. Together and with a team of staff and support, they will teach in a blend of ancient traditions and modern methodologies. They bring to you open, loving hearts and minds, willing to support and travel with you wherever you need to go. Along with your initiation into the elements, your own healing is the first step towards becoming a Shamanic Breathwork facilitator. Additional practices could include Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Astrology, Shamanic Ceremonies, and other activities providing spiritual integration and a well-rounded experience touching body, mind, heart, and spirit.
The training takes place at Mellem-rummet, located on a small island, Samsø, located in the middle of Denmark. Surrounded by a high-vibrational community of change-makers and visionaries, space will be held for you to develop a connection to your own inner healer and move into an incredible new level of shamanic understanding. You will find purpose, develop new skills, heal old wounds, learn more about yourself, find a family of like-minded seekers, and delve deep into yourself through the breath.
In union with the breath, you will undertake a journey through the five elements, initiated in ceremony and surrounded by a loving tribe. On this path of personal healing, we will become empowered to heal ourselves. Breathwork, ceremony, and the natural beauty of Samsø will leave you revitalized and reborn.

What’s To Expect
The Shamanic Healing Initiatory Process (SHIP)
You will process through six levels of shamanic healing, each an initiation based on one of the 5 elements and an additional added initiation. The six initiations each feature a Shamanic Breathwork journey, utilizing the breath, sound healing through chakra-attuned music, energetic bodywork, soul return and extraction, shamanic art processes, scribing and group processing. Journeyers enter an altered state of consciousness that transforms and integrates trauma experienced earlier in life; creates a connection with their soul and spirit guides; and receives visions about their sacred purpose in the world. You will walk between the worlds: working on physical, emotional, mental, and energetic levels as you learn to embody the elements.
In addition to the guidance of your teachers, you will have the support of a co-journeyer - a fellow student who will assist you with whatever your need during your psycho-spiritual voyage. You will switch roles with your partner halfway through the day, helping to create a nurturing, supportive, and safe space in which all participants can grow together as a community. Upon completion of the elemental journeys, you can feel fully embodied through each Shamanic Breathwork experience.
Elemental Initiations
1. Water: The Spiral Path and Five Cycles of Change
Each time we come back to something, we come back changed. Constant renewal is the shamanic path - the spiral of life. Everything in the universe flows in a spiral. Here we get settled in and see what’s stirred up in ourselves, as we are new in the space and like water, fluid. We connect with our new community and to the new practices.
2. Earth: Your Family Tree and the Tree of Life
The family we choose is our family of choice. We begin to release the blocks and barriers of our own heart - the habits, patterns, and traumas or wounds developed from our family of origin. Here we see in a solid way what they are, and how to free ourselves. We tap into these family roots, and the interconnectedness of the tree of life as we embrace family and friends.
3. Fire: Meeting the Shadow and Inner Work
Here we shine a light on our dark places - what’s beneath the surface, what’s following you, and what you can’t see. Fire transforms all it touches. In an intense and cathartic initiation, we use the power of fire to burn away our patterns; to release anger, frustration and blame; and finally come to a come to a warm heart space.
4. Spirit: Opening to the Inner Beloved
We all posses an inner beloved and have the capacity to connect to the divine. Here we learn to love our ourselves, our innate gifts and our inner other. Now that we have cleared so much, it is time to see how much we can open our hearts to our own inner self - that part of you that you show up for. Connecting to our inner masculine or feminine, we experience the union of duality.
5. Air: Rising to the Call of Your Sacred Purpose
The deepest human longing is discovering what we are here to do and why. We embrace forward movement - becoming empowered agents of change, and enabled in our mission. Here we accept the seat of a teacher and learn how to carry this role forward into the world. We step into being the best versions of ourselves as we finally connect to our true life purpose.

Location
Mellem-rummet
Mellem-rummet is an amazing oasis, created in the charming buildings of an old ancestral farm, handed down through more than 5 generations. Located in the countryside amidst great nature and surrounded by a beautiful park-like garden with an abundance of old fruit trees and beautiful flowers and plants. Just a walk down the dusty road you can jump into the ocean for a refreshing swim.
When visiting Mellem-rummet for SHIP the whole place is booked for only this. An energetic safe space, where we create a small community of us all staying in the same place, eating every meal together, diving deep in ceremonies and teachings in the beautiful shala, and with lots of private spots to withdraw for privacy and integration.
Healthy and Delicious Meals
Three healthy and delicious meals will be served daily by the chef at Mellem-rummet. All meals will be vegan and gluten-free highvibe organic foods with egg and cheese add-on in the mornings. Made with love as our fuel and medicine for the process. You’ll experience a symphony of yummy, healthy fare that will flood your body with nutrients and ignite your chakras.
Housing
Included in the price is accommodation in cozy and spacious triple rooms with single beds. We also offer five cozy Glamping tents in the garden with heated mattresses as an optional upgrade to a private single room for an additional fee.
We will all share the 5 bathrooms around the house.
Samsø, Denmark
The name of this unique venue, Mellem-rummet, means “the space in between”. The former family home has been transformed and now functions as one of Denmark's most sought after retreat venues with a quiet and peaceful atmosphere featuring the completely unique and beautiful shala and soul space called “The Dojo”.
Samsø is a small island located in the middle between the mainland Jylland and the biggest island Sjælland. Access to Samsø happens with ferry from both sides and is a 4-hour drive/ferry from Copenhagen and the airport.
Your Guides
Freyiia Milléh
With a razor-sharp perception and a fearless heart, Freyiia draws you into the depths with a playful presence. She carries a rare light — one that illuminates the subconscious and transforms even the darkest inner terrain into fertile ground for healing.
Freyiia is a Master Practitioner in the world of Shamanic Breathwork combined with her many studies as both a LifeCoach, Spiritual Mentor, Shadow Facilitator and Matrix Reimprinting Trauma Practitioner. Holding a devoted, deeply grounded space, she guides others through shadow with courage and quiet joy, creating a container where truth is refined, power returns, and profound transformation unfolds.
Freyiia also speaks the language of light and astrology. She is like a free Uranian radical finding her own intuitive way into sharing her teachings with others. Since 2019 Freyiia has been a guiding voice in many seekers ears in Denmark, both with intuitive astro updates, and with her very devoted practices to guide online transmissions for evey newmoon and fullmooon for thousands of people.
Levi Banner
With a warm smile, an energetic hug, and sly sense of humor, Levi Banner draws you into the world of spiritual sciences for healing and transformation. Music, Breathwork and Astrology comprise his trinity of mystical knowledge. Divining deep astrological insights through the cosmic viewpoint, he creates a safe, peaceful classroom space where students can learn and grow to their fullest potential.
Levi is a Master Level Shamanic Breathwork Facilitator and a member of the core staff of Venus Rising Association for Transformation. Mystery, transformation, and healing magically combine as he leads intensive Shamanic Breathwork journeys, helping participants reconnect to their highest selves. By gifting students with personal empowerment and self-healing, he strives to create a community of open-hearted difference makers with world changing potential.
With a Masters Degree in Shamanic Intuitional Practices and a Bachelors in Sacred Elemental Studies, Levi can be found traveling the shamanic path as he conducts workshops and immersions around the globe. In Yoga, Levi is rated E-RYT 500, the highest level of Yoga Alliance certification. In Astrology, Levi is a lead teacher for Turning of the Ages Mystery School. Enlightened techniques and ancient philosophies learned through his studies around the world are transmitted into his practice, gracing students with an unusually well-rounded experience and profound lifetime benefits.

Optional Upgrade
You can choose to sleep under the stars in one of the five cozy and luxurious outdoor Glamping tents, with the option of an electrically heated roll mattress if you tend to get cold at night. We offer them as the opportunity to have your own private single room with a Queen-size bed. Additional cost: 5,000 DKK incl. VAT.
When staying in a tent, you have access to a separate toilet and bathroom located just a few minutes’ walk away
